I have started the provision of consultancy and legal services through my law firm, established after completion of the bar exams in 2008. I aim for the provision of legal and advisory services of the highest level, both to domestic as well as foreign clients. My clients are not only renowned multinational business corporations, but also Czech entrepreneurs who are starting up businesses, and, of course, also private individuals dealing with their day-to-day affairs.
In each individual case, I prefer a personal, human approach to the client, with a maximum degree of discretion and loyalty.
I provide legal and consultancy services in Czech, English and German.
Having completed my studies at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in 2004, I have been practicing as a trainee lawyer at a law firm of JUDr. Svatava Němcová since the same year, where I had also been working already in the course of my studies, i.e. since the year of 1997.
In 2008, having passed the bar exams, I founded a law firm under my own name.
In addition to studying at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University, I also completed my master's degree at the University of Economics in Prague in 2003, majoring in Commercial Law.
I am also able to communicate independently in spoken as well as written form in English and German.
It is a matter of course for me to maintain professional secrecy, to which I am bound under the law.
